Experience
I went to the University of Florida and received my bachelor's degree in public relations, and then my master's degree in communications. I love tutoring students in English, reading, and writing. I've also help students successfully prepare for the English, verbal, and reading sections of the SAT and the ACT. I enjoy working with students in K-12 at any age and level of ability. I believe education is a powerful ingredient of success. I also believe every student is different, with their own strengths and areas of opportunity. It's my job as a tutor to find the strengths and opportunities, and then adapt my approach to fill the gaps and build on the strengths to help students achieve success. I also believe that learning should be fun, and I take that into account during my sessions.
